If you are in trouble with typo3 default class="frame frame-default frame-type-text frame-layout-0" so dont worry , The class look like below if you see in firebug or inspect html
to remove this class you just need to edit content element and go to section frame and select noframe[none] like below
Content Element->Edit->Appearance->Frame
After doing above thing the section frame class will remove
